Training Certificate

Overview

MANUFIRSTSC is a state-recognized manufacturing certification designed to provide a foundation for South Carolinians needing entry-level skills for manufacturing employment.

To be eligible, you must be able to work in the United States, show proof of a high school diploma or equivalency and show proof of a Bronze WIN/WorkKeys score or ASVAB (for veterans). If needed, please contact the MTC testing center at 803.732.5337 to schedule your exam free of charge.

Production Worker

As a Production Worker, you may load and unload items from machines/conveyors, operate machinery used in the production process, or assist machine operators, place products in equipment or on work surfaces for further processing, inspecting, or wrapping, examine products to verify conformance to quality standards and start machines or equipment to begin production processes.
