Small and Minority Business Program

Small and Minority Business Utilization Plan

Midlands Technical College (MTC) and Midlands Technical College's Enterprise Campus Authority (MTCECA) continue to actively work to meet its annual minority business utilization goal in support of Small and Minority Business Contracting and Certification (SMBCC's) mission to promote the growth and development of small and minority owned businesses in South Carolina in accordance with Section 11-35-5240 of the procurement code.

Policy Statement

MTC and MTCECA believe that it is in the best interest of the college to assist minority-owned businesses to develop fully as a part of the policies and programs that are designed to promote balanced economic and community growth throughout the state.
