This course will introduce you to the history of plumbing, career options in the field, provide plumbing-specific safety training, and familiarize you with the tools of the plumbing trade.

Gain hands-on experience in grounds maintenance. Emphasis is on shrub and tree maintenance, pest control, pruning, fertilization, mulching, mowing, and the use of bedding plants for seasonal color, landscape maintenance equipment, records, maintenance schedules, and bid procedures. The first session meets on campus and the remaining sessions meet off campus.
