Project Manager 2

Overview

The Project Manager II program was crafted to align with the standards set by the Project Management Institute (PMI) for Project Management certifications. This comprehensive program encompasses two pivotal courses: the PMP Prep Boot Camp and Agile Fundamentals. These courses have been designed to equip students with the essential knowledge, industry standards, and advanced tools and techniques needed to proficiently manage and lead projects within both predictive and adaptive environments.

The Agile Fundamentals course, at its core, revolves around the widely embraced Agile Methodology, specifically SCRUM. It has been structured to navigate the intricate world of software development projects. Upon successful completion of the Agile Fundamentals course, participants emerge with the capability to actively contribute to any project team while fully comprehending the nuanced Agile roles and their associated responsibilities. In an era where organizations are swiftly transforming their approach to software development projects, this course serves as a strategic stepping stone, enhancing one's prospects within the dynamic IT landscape.

Our program operates with a foundational commitment to ensuring that its graduates are exceptionally well-prepared to lead projects, regardless of the diverse methodologies employed by organizations. Our ultimate aspiration is to furnish students with a comprehensive toolkit that not only enables them to excel in the Project Management Institute's Project Management Professional (PMP) examination but also equips them to tackle Scrum's Professional Scrum Master I certification exam with confidence. Additionally, participants are afforded a highly valuable one-year subscription to RMC Learning—an illustrious institution lauded for its three decades of unparalleled expertise in providing project management exam preparation resources.
