Judi Gatson | WIS 10 News Anchor
Judi is an award-winning journalist with WIS News 10 and trusted voice trusted voice in covering critical issues in South Carolina.
Known for her smart and insightful political coverage, she received international praise for her skillful performance as moderator of the U. S. Senate debate between incumbent Lindsey Graham and challenger Jaime Harrison. In addition to moderating a number of gubernatorial and mayoral debates, Judi has conducted numerous in-depth interviews with influential politicians and newsmakers.
Among her many honors and awards, Judi has been named Anchor of the Year by the South Carolina Broadcasters Association, Military Advocate of the Year by the Columbia Chamber of Commerce for her work with the station’s “Year of the Veteran” series and her support of South Carolina’s military community, Anchor of the Year by the KISS 103.1FM Columbia Neighborhood Awards, Reporter of the Year by the National Alliance on Mental Health, South Carolina (NAMI), Champion for Children by Healthy Learners and Outstanding Professional in Support of Philanthropy by the Association of Fundraising Professionals SC, Central Carolina Chapter. Judi has also received numerous Anchor of the Year Awards from the Free Times and Columbia Metropolitan Magazine.
As co-anchor of WIS News at 6 Judi has been recognized with numerous nominations for her anchoring and reporting and has won five Emmy awards for best newscast.
Judi is also known for her heart for service and devotes much of her community involvement to working with organizations that benefit youth and families. She is an active board member with Homeless No More. Over the years, she’s been honored to also serve on the boards of Healthy Learners, the Palmetto Health South Carolina Cancer Center, Palmetto Center for Women and United Way's Palmetto Society.
Judi is married to Dr. Dwayne Gatson, who served 22 years in the military and retired as a Lt. Colonel in the United States Army. Judi and Dwayne share the blessing of two sons, Aidan Kash and Nicholas Jax. They are active members of Brookland Baptist Church and live in Columbia with their black labs, Shiloh and Storm.

Cherron Castillo | Keynote Address
Cherron Castillo, the Founder and Chief Seed Sower of Fruitful Training Group, is a national speaker and facilitator with over 20 years of experience, helping people grow as leaders and humans.
She has spoken from chairs (virtual) and stages to audiences spanning every level in various sectors (non-profits, corporations, government, and universities) - from frontline leaders, to executives and the administrative professionals and teams who support them. Her sessions are never passive lectures. Cherron weaves pop culture references, movie moments, and music lyrics into her talks, bringing fresh energy and familiarity to complex concepts. Audiences don’t just listen; they laugh, reflect, and engage with one another. Because Cherron believes that awareness is the first step toward action, reflection is always built into her sessions.
Cherron holds a BBA in HR Management and a master’s degree in professional development. She’s a certified trainer, speaker, and coach with the John Maxwell Team, as well as an authorized partner of Wiley Everything DiSC® and The Five Behaviors® of a Cohesive Team. Her expertise covers leadership and team development, culture transformation, and what she affectionately calls “power skills”; the interpersonal tools that make teams thrive.
She brings a unique blend of warmth, wit, and hard truth to her facilitation, believing that growth happens when learning feels both personal and possible. Passionate about empowering others, she shares her "Cherron-osophies" and enjoys facilitating "light bulb" moments.
When she’s not traveling for training, you’ll find her spending time with her family (two “only” children), and their Pomsky named Nibbles. Cabo San Lucas, Mexico, is her happy place, and her family’s too.
Michael Myers, PMP, PSM | Program Manager, AMAROK Perimeter Security Solutions
Michael Myers is a strategic Program Manager, educator, and leadership expert with over a decade of experience improving operations, enhancing efficiency, and driving enterprise-wide initiatives across government, higher education, energy, manufacturing, and construction industries. He currently serves as the Program Manager to the Senior Vice President of Strategy & Continuous Improvement for AMAROK Perimeter Security Solutions, where he leads cross-functional teams, product and process improvements, and large-scale strategic projects that require precision, coordination, and strong administrative partnership.
Michael is passionate about developing and empowering administrative and support professionals—the backbone of organizational success. As an Adjunct Professor at Midlands Technical College, he teaches leadership and project execution strategies that make complex work easier, more organized, and more impactful.
He also serves his community in major leadership capacities: Missions Ministry Chair at his church and National Risk Management Co-Chair, South Carolina Board of Director, and Operating Assistant to the Grand Keeper of Records (National Secretary) for Kappa Alpha Psi Fraternity, Inc., where he supports compliance, operations, communications, and strategic planning at a national scale.
For his contributions to advancing project management and expanding access to Project Management education, Michael was awarded an Honorary Doctorate of Humanities from the Great Commission Theological Seminary. He earned a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering and a Master degree in Engineering Management from the University of South Carolina and industry certifications including PMP, PSM, and Lean Six Sigma Green Belt.
Michael is known for making strategy practical, simplifying complexity, and giving professionals the tools to lead from any seat.
He is also a devoted husband to Phonecia Myers and proud father to their son, Hugheston Michael Myers.
Karin Hill | Speaker
Karin Hill’s extensive background is in managing human resources and organizational development departments while working with large health care systems, Fortune 500 companies and consulting firms in the not-for-profit and for profit arenas. In addition, she holds numerous national training certifications as well as the SHRM-SCP and SPHR certifications. Karin brings a wealth of knowledge, skills and experiences into the classroom. She is an expert in training design and development and has trained many government and business cohorts in leadership and team building.

Roshonda Pratt | Founder, REP Network
Roshanda Pratt is a communication and visibility strategist, storyteller, and founder of REP Network. A former television news producer with more than 20 years of experience, she has been featured on CBS’ The Talk, The Tamron Hall Show, and The Today Show. She has also crafted campaigns for brands including Boeing and the W.K. Kellogg Foundation.
