Just as salt is often the missing ingredient needed to transform a dish from bland to slam, positive thinking is often the missing ingredient needed to transform us from good to great. Something so seemingly simple can make such a huge difference in our lives. Chances are we don’t need to do cartwheels, run a marathon, or win the lottery to move to a new place of actualization. Perhaps, we simply need to employ the “pleasure principle” – focus on the positive. Deliberately. Intentionally. Exclusively. Do this and magic happens. Paulette walks us through why and how.
