This course is outlined to teach ITIL's Foundational principles and dimensions for managing the many services various IT organizations deliver. ITIL Foundation is a global standard for IT service management. It provides IT leaders, practitioners, and support staff with a practical understanding of the key concepts of ITIL. This course prepares the student to take the ITIL 4 Foundation certification exam. Familiarity with information technology terminology and/or IT related work experience is recommended.

Learn the fundamental concepts of the JavaScript language and how to use it to communicate with users, modify the Document Object Model (DOM), control program flow, and validate forms. Make functions using loops and IF statements and learn the fundamentals of JSON. Knowledge of HTML required.

Gain hands-on experience in grounds maintenance. Emphasis is on shrub and tree maintenance, pest control, pruning, fertilization, mulching, mowing, and the use of bedding plants for seasonal color, landscape maintenance equipment, records, maintenance schedules, and bid procedures. The first session meets on campus and the remaining sessions meet off campus.
