Overview
The Behavioral Health Technician program provides comprehensive instruction for individuals interested in supporting the delivery of behavior-analytic services. The course covers foundational principles of applied behavior analysis (ABA), preparing for service delivery, data collection and graphing, behavior assessments, behavior-change interventions, documentation and reporting, ethics, professionalism, and next steps in the RBT (Registered Behavior Technician) certification process. Through interactive instruction and skill-building activities, participants gain the knowledge and foundational skills needed to work effectively and professionally in behavior-analytic settings. This training is designed to meet the training eligibility requirement for RBT certification through the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB).
