Late registration for fall 10-week courses is happening through Monday, September 21. The last day to enroll in fall 7-week courses is Wednesday, October 14. Complete advisement so you can register for the classes you need today.
What is a 10-week class?
This is a class that meets over the last 10 weeks of the semester. Courses in our 10-week term start Tuesday, September 22 and end Tuesday, December 8.
What is a 7-week (Fall Session II) class?
This is a class that meets over the last 7 weeks of the semester. Courses in Fall II (7-week courses) start Monday, October 19 and end Tuesday, December 8.

How do I know what type of student I am?
- Current or Continuing Student
A student who is currently attending MTC. Continuing students should schedule an advisement appointment.
- First-time Student
A student who has never attended a college or university. Freshman students must first complete online orientation, and then meet with an Academic and Career Advisor.
- Re-admit Student
A student who hasn't attended MTC in over a year. Re-admits are required to re-apply to MTC.
- Transient Student
A student who is currently attending another college and is taking a class at MTC that they want to transfer back to their original institution. Transient students are required to apply to MTC.
- Transfer Student
A student who has earned credits from another college or university and is transferring to MTC with the intent to earn a degree, diploma or certificate. Transfer students are required to complete online orientation, and then meet with an Academic and Career Advisor.
