This course is an analysis of the religious experience of various persons and groups, east and west, in traditional and contemporary settings. It includes tribal religions, Hinduism, Buddhism, Confucianism, Taoism, Judaism, Christianity, and Islam.

This course provides a study of religion and the nature of religious belief and practice.

This course covers the application of basic reading skills to imporve critical comprehension and higher order thinking skills. It gives students extensive practice with analytical and intepretative skills.
