This is a mandatory online course with instructions on how to create a Viewpoint account, request a background check, request a drug screening, upload medical documents, obtain uniform and supplies and any other vital clinical information.

This course provides an overview of the philosophy of medication administration, as well as skills practice for four covered routes of adminstration: oral, subcutaneous, intramuscular, and intradermal.

This course teaches the concepts and foundation of advanced EMT care in an emergency setting, and prepares students to take the National Registry exam for Advanced EMT certification (NR-AEMT). Previous completion of an EMT course and certification as a national and SC State EMT is required.
