This supervisory certificate is a comprehensive blend of theory and experiential learning tools that provides exceptional training for managers.

This unique program offers a comprehensive blend of theory and experiential learning tools that prepares today’s supervisors to succeed. Each unit lasts five weeks. Take these highly interactive supervisor training courses as a complete unit, or just attend the specific session modules you want. Students will leave each class session with knowledge and skills that they can immediately apply on the job.

Participants will explore the role of supervisor and set specific goals in their professional and personal development. Understanding the fundamental responsibilities of a supervisor within the context of their specific work environment, they will develop confidence and clarity in their leadership role.
