Increasingly, these organizations are choosing Lean Six Sigma as the way to achieve such goals. In this intensive 5-day course, learn how to contribute to and lead Lean Six Sigma improvement teams. Gain a strong knowledge of how to apply the Lean Six Sigma DMAIC methodology with a primary focus on process mapping, lean tools and methods as well as graphical analysis tools.

Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt

Those achieving Yellow Belt status often later progress to Green Belt status by taking a Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt to Green Belt transition course.

Six Sigma programs have their own organizational structure aside from the organizations. Each level of the organizational hierarchy has roles and responsibilities. As you earn your yellow, green, black and master belts, you open up opportunities for additional promotions and job growth.

Go straight to the workforce

Students with Lean Six Sigma credentials are sought after in industry because they understand problem-solving, data collection, data interpretation, variation, process capability, and cost analysis.  Most of these occupations require a four-year bachelor's degree, but some do not.
