Form 1095-C

IMPORTANT NOTICE

In accordance with Internal Revenue Service (IRS) Notice 2025-15, and federal law changes under the Paperwork Burden Reduction Act and Employer Reporting Improvement Act, Midlands Technical College (MTC) is no longer required to mail paper copies of Form 1095-C to employees’ mailing address on file. Beginning with the 2025 reporting year, Form 1095-Cs will be made available in each current employee’s personnel file located in Etrieve.

Employees who wish to receive a paper copy may request one at any time. To request a paper copy of your Form 1095-C:

Paper copies will be provided within 30 days of your request or by January 31, whichever is later. If you have any questions, please call 803.822.3500.

As a reminder, Midlands Technical College will continue to report all insurance coverage as required by the IRS.
