Midlands Technical College's Center for Teaching Excellence (CTE) launched season five of "Instructional Ecology," the podcast for the center.

This season features an array of guests including MTC President Dr. Greg Little, MTC Commission Chairwoman Sandra Jackson, School of STEM Dean Ben Gaston, and many more influential leaders in the MTC community.

During his episode, Dr. Little shared, "Let me start with that it really is a dream come true for me to be the president at Midlands Tech and serve our community and region in this way." ... "I want to make sure our community recognizes and understands the amazing things that are taking place on our campus. It's about building partnerships and creating opportunities for our faculty and staff, our students, and creating these dynamic learning pathways with partnerships."

"Instructional Ecology" is hosted and produced by Claire Houle, an instructional designer in the CTE. Each season, Houle focuses on a theme and drives conversations with guests around that theme. Season five focuses on beginning again, building off season four's theme, failure. Each season boasts between 12 and 15 episodes.

"Instructional Ecology" can be found on Apple Podcasts, Spotify, and their website.
