Please allow at least two business days after placement testing for Admissions to process your application and communicate your admission status.

PLEASE NOTE: Currently there is limited course availability for the Summer 2012 term. Applications are being considered on an individual basis. Those interested in applying for Summer 2012 should contact Student Information Services (803) 738-8324 and Select Option 1 for more information.

Getting Started
Submitting your application is easy and we’ll communicate with you right away if you have an email address.

If you do not have an email address, you can either get a free email account through Yahoo, Hotmail, Gmail or any other provider of your choice -OR- you can wait 36 hours after applying and Midlands Technical College will communicate with you via your home address.

To make sure that you receive e-mail messages from Midlands Technical College, you should add admtech@midlandstech.edu to your Address Book or your Safe Senders list.

If you wish to update your term or change your major, please click on the following link: http://www.midlandstech.edu/edu/sds/adm/pdf/appchange.pdf and print out the application change form and submit the update to the Admissions Office or fax at 803-790-7524.

Manage Your Account

Once your admissions application is received, Midlands Technical College makes it easy for you to see where you are in the Admissions process by providing you a MyMTC account. You will use this account during your entire college career at Midlands Technical College. Your account should be active within 24 hours.

To check your admissions status log in to MyMTC by clicking the link below and selecting “Future Students”. Follow the instructions to log in. After logging in you will be able to check your admissions status.
