Pick up some powerful project management skills and go to work in areas like information technology, engineering, or construction earning an average of $40 an hour. In this three-month program, you will gain a solid foundation in the most important principles and practices related to managing the resources of large projects and ensuring a project is completed within a certain set of restraints. You will prepare for the Project Management Institute’s (PMI) Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM)* or the Project Management Professional (PMP)* certifications, and to work as a project manager, program coordinator, program assistant, program manager, or project lead.

Project Management Principles and Practices
This course teaches the most important principles and practices related to project management through a combination of classroom lectures, group discussion, and hands-on exercises. The course content is consistent with A Guide to the Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK® Guide) - 6th Edition and other standards and guides from the Project Management Institute (PMI).
