Bio

Keith Gardner has been consulting and training in the area of quality and productivity improvement for the past sixteen years. During that time, he has worked with over 100 companies including those in North America, South America, Europe and Asia.

His primary training/consulting focus has been in the area of Lean Six Sigma and the use of continuous improvement tools to drive improvements in productivity, customer satisfaction and quality. He regularly teaches Lean Six Sigma Black Belt and Green Belt classes and consults with senior executives in the implementation of organizational Lean Six Sigma initiatives. His recently published book "Successfully Implementing Lean Six Sigma: The Lean Six Sigma Roadmap", is now in its second printing.

In addition to Lean Six Sigma, Keith also consults and trains in the areas of lean tools and methods, failure mode and effects analysis, project management, statistical process control, measurement system assessment, design of experiments and applied statistical tools.
