Public Transportation to MTC
Public transportation is available to several MTC campuses. The largest public transportation option is COMET (Central Midlands Transit) bus system (formerly CMRTA). Throughout the day, the COMET makes multiple stops near several MTC campuses, making it a convenient transportation option for many students.

- Airport Campus
The COMET system runs Route 28 (Midlands Tech) to the Airport Campus. The bus stop is located at the intersection of Boston Avenue and Lexington Drive.
- Beltline Campus
The COMET system runs Route 3 & 8 (Rosewood/Rose Hill) to the Beltline Campus. Bus stops are located at the corner of Rosewood Drive and Beltline Boulevard, and near the Beltline Campus Library. [The COMET system also runs Route 20 (Greenlawn) and Route 21 (Veterans Hospital) near the Beltline Campus.]
- Northeast Campus
The COMET system runs Route 23 (State Park/Edgewood) to the Northeast Campus. The bus stops at the front of Northeast Campus on Powell Road.

- Fort Jackson Center
The COMET system runs Route 5 (Fort Jackson Special) to Fort Jackson. The bus makes multiple stops inside the fort.
