Items 1 - 23 of the form must be completed. Include a registration fee for each examination. Students are limited to no more than two examinations on any one-test date. Registration materials and fees must be received in the Assessment Office no later than two weeks prior to the test day. Please make the check or money order payable to "Midlands Technical College." This registration fee is non-refundable and is not transferable to another test date. Candidates will receive an admission ticket with the reporting options and the location of the test. A remaining fee, preferably in the form of a credit card must be submitted on the day of testing. Checks and money orders are accepted and should be made payable to "College-Level Examination Program". The test fees are set by CLEP and are subject to change without notice.
