As with all the TRIO programs, SSS believes further education can provide further opportunity, and SSS encourages its participants to consider pursuing a bachelor’s degree. Counselors work with students to clarify their goals and identify the best ways to reach them, and participants interested in transferring to another institution can rely on SSS to serve as a valuable resource. Whether a student needs to learn more about the transfer process in general, gain information about a specific institution, or tap into the expertise of MTC’s own transfer coordinators, SSS helps participants pursue their long-range educational goals.
