After enrolling in courses at Midlands Technical College, you may find it necessary to withdraw
from college or from a class. You must officially withdraw in order to avoid an administrative
withdrawal or to obtain a refund. You will not be eligible for a refund if a Drop/Add/Withdrawal form
is not submitted to the Student Record's Office.
It is important that you investigate the impact of withdrawing with the appropriate college office, before
withdrawing. Changes in course loads can affect financial aid, veteran's benefits, Workforce Investment
Act (WIA) and other enrollment-related financial situations. Family health insurance coverage may
also be affected. In addition, course withdrawals may lengthen the time required to complete your
academic of study. You may be administratively withdrawn by the faculty member if you have exceeded the number of
allowed absences for the class. |
