Data about enrolled students are kept in the Student Records office.   Once you become an MTC student, it is important that you keep your address, telephone number and other information up to date.   This simple step will ensure that you receive your final grades, registration notices and other crucial information.

Your academic and personal data are confidential and are maintained by the college in accordance with the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act.   Directory information, which is outlined in the Student Handbook and Academic Catalogue, may be released by the college unless you request the Student Records Office to withhold release of your directory information.   Information on student access to records is available in the Student Handbook and on the college’s Web site.
