Federal Work-Study Time Sheets
     Due Dates        

Time sheets must have a Sign In and Out Sheet attached which show the actual time periods worked.  Time sheets will not be processed without it.

The Time Sheet and the Sign In and Out Sheet  must show the same hours using the quarter hour system.  These hours must coincide before being submitted for payment.

How and When are Students Paid?

Students will receive their CHECKS by mail or direct deposit on the 15th of the month.

Paychecks are mailed to the address on the W-4 form.  If your address changes, you should contact the Record's Office.

How Many Hours can a Student Work?

The number of hours a student is allowed to work depends on the amount awarded for that particular semester, which is stated on the Referral Form.

A student can work six(6) hours per day, but must show an hour for lunch on the Sign-In and Out Sheet.

A student may be permitted to work less than the hours given on the referral form.  A student may be terminated if he/she works over the maximum hours stated on the Referral Form.

 
2007 - 2008 DUE DATES

Any hours reported on time sheets after the due date listed will not be calculated with that month's time.  It is the supervisor and the student's responsibility to add these hours to the next time sheet.

Timesheets should be sent interoffice or my US mail.  Faxed copies or forms delivered by students will not be accepted.  Do not send timesheets directly to Payroll.

*November timesheets received after November 27 will not be processed for December pay.
