I began my education in the community college setting, earning an A.A. from Rock Valley College in Rockford, Illinois. I then transferred to Northern Illinois University in DeKalb, Illinois to complete a B.A. in Psychology and a M.A, in Clinical Psychology. My teaching experience includes special education for adolescents with emotional disabilities and psychology classes at the community college and university level. My clinical experience includes working as a therapist with adolescents in a school-based program and with chronically mentally ill adults. I feel privileged to teach at Midlands Technical College.
