Special Notes:

1. Students receiving Veterans Benefits must complete a VA Certification card in the campus VA Office.
2. Please keep your registration receipt or your advisement forms as they will be required to initiate other transactions such as schedule changes, withdrawals and enrollment certifications.
3. Summer graduation applications are due in the Records Office June 6.
4. Maximum course load per term is 18 credit hours unless your program requires more as stipulated in the catalog. Special permission to take more than 18 hours may be granted by your advisor if your cumulative GPA is at least 3.0.
5. If you do not want your directory information disclosed, you should complete a non-disclosure form at the Student Records Office.
