Verification of Grades/GPA

Effective Summer 2004, paper grade mailers will no longer be mass produced. Students needing to verify grades/GPA for auto insurance, company reimbursement of tuition, and other purposes should contact the Student Records Office or obtain an online form. You may fax completed form to 738-7880 at least 2 weeks prior to the end of the term for timely processing.
