Name/Address Change
The student’s official name is to be used on school records. To change a name, the College must have an official document such as a court order, birth certificate, marriage license or military identification card. A copy of this document must be attached to the student’s written name change request form presented to the Student Records Office.
Address changes are made to a student’s record in the Student Records Office. Students may change their address by:
- emailing a request to the Records Office if the email site reflects the student’s name
- coming to either campus and completing a form (Airport – ASC 223 or Beltline – WM 103)
