A Graduation Clearance Form must be submitted in order to obtain any degree, diploma, or certificate, regardless of whether or not you are planning to attend the graduation ceremony. You may print out the form from the link or go to the Records office on the Airport (ASC 223) or Beltline (WM 103) campus to obtain the form. Fill out the form completely and turn it in to the head of your department. The department chair will fill out Part III and forward the form to the Records office for processing. Degrees, diplomas, and certificates are ordered at the end of each term. There is one graduation ceremony in May for all MTC graduates.Graduation Application Due Dates:
