Room-mates Wanted or Rooms/Houses for Rent

• Room mate Male or Female Looking for a roommate to begin sharing rent with starting in November/December. I am currently living in a one bedroom at Woodcreek Farms apartments off of I20 near Clemson Rd. However, I will be moving to a two bedroom so that I might be able to get someone who is interested in sharing rent to be a roommate. I am asking for 400-500 dollars in rent including your share of the utility bills. This apartment complex is really a great place to live and that is why I am trying to stay here and get a roommate rather than move somewhere else paying for something that I don't like. Some of the great things about this place is that it is gated, very quiet, has a great pool, fitness gym, volleyball, and tennis courts. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Cable and Internet are included in rent and the washer/dryer are inside the apartment not just a laundry room that you walk or drive to like most places!!! As you can tell, I really enjoy living here and would HATE to move. If you have to move right away I don't mind you staying in my one bedroom as I have room for an additional temporary sleeping area until I move at the end of month. The apartment is really close to shopping and entertainment!!! Village of Sandhills and other shopping locations are only 5 min from here. For those who might be interested and work for Blue Cross we are only 5 min from that as well!!!!
