- Read the
NTHS Application Packet Cover Sheet to learn how the application process works.
- Read the
Chapter Information Sheet to learn more about the chapter and to determine your eligibility for membership.
- Interested students who are enrolled in eligible majors for NTHS membership should complete the
NTHS Application and reference the
NTHS Occupational Codes.
- The required
Faculty Recommendation Form must also be completed and returned with other NTHS membership application materials by the stated deadline.
