Frequency Distributions:

            1.)  Identify the number of classes.

            2.)  Find the class width. 

            3.)  List the classes

            4.)  List the class midpoints. 

            5.)  Tally.

            6.)  Class Frequency.

            7.)  Relative Frequency. 

            8.)  Cumulative Frequency.

Histograms:

1.      Class Frequency

Class Boundaries:

Pareto Chart:     Bar graph with the bars in descending order.

Pie Graph:     Data involving percents.

Line Graph:     Continuous data (usually over time)

Misleading Graphs:

Stem and Leaf Plot:

            1.)  Identify what digit the leaf represents.  Show with a key.

            2.)  Find the small data item’s stem and largest data item’s stem.  List these in the stems column including ALL stems in between.

            3.)  List the leaves for each stem in ascending order.  Each data item will have a corresponding leaf.
