 Midlands Technical College (MTC) is pleased to present this Master Facilities Plan document for future facility development. This Master Facilities Plan is based on the outcomes of the college’s most recent strategic planning process that affirmed the college’s Mission, Vision and Values statements. The Plan is designed to allow the educational direction of the college to drive facility decisions. MTC has an exciting opportunity to redefine the individual missions of existing campuses and the contribution of each campus to the community it serves. The college is uniquely positioned to meet the challenges identified as critical to its success including developing an effective learning culture, providing community leadership, creating innovative resource development and successfully meeting the challenges of economic and population trends. The college engaged in in-depth planning activities in preparing the Master Facilities Plan. The Master Facilities Plan Committee and its subcommittees worked diligently and conducted open college information sessions to ensure appropriate input and feedback. We thank them for their hard work and dedication to the successful completion of the project. This collaborative work effort will provide leadership to Midlands Technical College for many years and describe a future in which we will provide outstanding service to our students and the community.
