While
some of the English Grammar Resources
can also be helpful for ESL students, the sites below
are specifically geared towards ESL students and their
needs in learning English.
http://a4esl.org
This
site contains over 1000 exercises and puzzles to help
ESL students study English. It contains exercises in grammar and vocabulary, as well as
crossword puzzles and bilingual vocabulary quizzes in
approximately 30 different languages.
http://www.faceweb.okanagan.bc.ca/pron
This
site is designed to help ESL students with English
pronunciation. It
has an audio component, and takes students through the
sounds of the English language, asking them to practice
the sound itself, and then do minimal pairs,
tongue-twisters, and dictation exercises with that
sound. NOTE:
Your computer must have the program Shockwave in
order to run this program.
(I think it can be downloaded online.)
