3) Present evidence

A) Use facts and/or statistics to describe problem, its size, distribution, and who, what, where it effects, perhaps including what might happen if the problem is not solved.

B) Use expert testimony to support your argument that there is a problem and/or how it effects us.

C) Use personal testimony or examples to evoke feelings or identification from the audience.

3) Present evidence

A) Use facts and/or statistics to show how the solution you propose has worked.

B) Use expert testimony which advocates your solution.

C) Use examples to illustrate how the solution could work, or how it could benefit us.
