Attractiveness  (External/Physical and Internal/Attitude, Personality)

 

Sincerity or Trustworthiness (Good Eye Contact, Picking topics you care about)

 

Similarity (Can Audience Relate to You and Your Topic?)

 

Competence (The Ability to Do a Job Well—includes Research, Organization & Practice)

 

Confidence (The Appearance of Self Assurance—including Good Posture, Use of Proxemics, Eye Contact and Strong Vocal Delivery)
