ophthalmologists and optometrists. You
do not have to be enrolled in the Health insurance plans to take advantage of
this benefit program.
A
routine, comprehensive eye examination is provided for $44 and a 20 percent
discount is available on all eyewear (except disposable contact lenses).
An additional charge may be required for contact fitting.
A participating provider listed in the Vision Care Program Provider
Directory must render services.
