Health or HMO plans.

Payable if employee has been employed in active status for one full year

Employees can elect up to $20,000 for spouse coverage and up to $10,000
for each child. No medical evidence
of good health is required if enrollment is within 31 days of employment.

Basic Life insurance provided by Midlands Technical College on each permanent
employee at no cost to the employee. MTC
employees may purchase additional life insurance up to 4 times their current
salary and life insurance for their dependents
Term
life insurance with policy face values ranging from $20,000 to $165,000.
Premiums vary depending on face value of policy and age of employee.
