Eligibility Determination
By federal law, at least 637 of our 950 participants must come from financially challenged families and be the first in their family to potentially go to college (persons whose parents did not complete a four-year college degree may also qualify). A limited number of students who do not meet these requirements may also be enrolled in the program. However, meeting these eligibility standards is not the only requirement; please be sure to see the Enrollment Process page.

In order to receive services, a student must be enrolled in one of the Target Schools for MTC-ETS.
