| The purpose of of the eslcc list (English as a Second Language at the Community Colleges) is to provide community college ESL teachers with an electronic forum for the discussion of instruction-related topics, trends, issues, strategies, and resources. Dramatic enrollment increases in recent years by non-native speakers attending two-year institutions is the justification and provides the impetus for the creation of this specialized list of community college educators.
