Workshops The EOC Program is an outreach program that provides counseling and information on college admissions to qualified adults who want to enter or continue a program of postsecondary education. An important objective of the program is to counsel adults in the Midlands area on financial aid options and to assist in the application process. If your organization works with a similar population as the EOC target population, and you believe your clients would benefit from EOC services, we would be happy to partner with your organization or conduct an on-site workshop.
