As Director of ETS, Ms. Anderson is responsible for development and administration of the program; this includes fiscal management, staff selection and supervision, program development, and maintaining liaisons with MTC and the US Dept. of Education, amoung other external agencies.

Tara is an alumna of Wagener-Salley High School and earned a Bachelor of Science Degree in Criminal Justice from The University of South Carolina in 1999. Tara earned her Master of Education Degree in Counseling and Psychology from Troy State University in 2004.

Schedule: Ms. Anderson is generally at Gilbert High School on Tuesdays throughout the school year and in the office other days of the week.
