Job Shadowing is a short term, work-based learning experience, usually lasting 4 to 8 hours. It introduces a student to a job or a career by pairing the student with an employee in a particular business, industry, or agency. To gain first-hand knowledge of the requirements of a certain career, the student will follow or shadow the employee as he or she performs normal work activities. Shadowing is available upon request to prospective and current CAREERS students.
