Grading

1) Test (65%)

No make-up tests allowed. 

2) Quizzes (15%)

There will be given a quiz every class except on test days. I do not allow make-up quizzes.  The quizzes will be based on homework. 

3) Final (20%)

            All Students are required to take the final exam. 

Class Expectations:

1) No eating during class.

2) Disruptive Behavior

I do not expect disruptive or inappropriate behavior of any kind including but not limited to cell phones ringing or vibrating during class, talking on cell phones, text messaging, sleeping, or talking.  If your behavior does, in my opinion, disrupt the learning process during class, I will ask you to leave and you will be counted absent for the day.  The second time disruptive behavior happens the student will be referred to student services for disciplinary action.

3)  A scientific calculator will be permitted on stated material.
