A. Midlands Technical College (MTC) is fortunate to receive steady support from the state, its counties, student tuition and federal funds. However, current levels of funding are not sufficient to keep pace with the challenges of global competition and swiftly changing technologies. Funding sources are not expected to grow in proportion to MTC’s enrollment and advanced technology needs. Gifts to MTC help to establish the critical margin of resources the college needs to advance the high-quality services it provides to the Central Midlands.
A. Yes, pledges enable donors to realize optimal tax savings and to make a more significant investment in MTC than might be possible with a one-time cash donation. The Foundation accepts over a five-year pledge period. All gifts will be gratefully received and properly acknowledged.
A. The MTC Foundation actively supports the long-term plan of Midlands Technical College by providing scholarship support for our students, instructional and professional development support for faculty and staff, and facilities support.
A. Your contribution to the MTC Foundation will support the college’s commitment to providing quality education at a reasonable cost. If you prefer, your contribution may be designated for a particular purpose.
