Study Smarter Not Harder
- Establish a regular study area and study every day
- Don’t put off your studying
- Start assignments as soon as they are given
- Find a study partner or study team
- Study the text, notes, handouts and homework
- Study when you are wide awake and during your primetime
“How do I stay awake studying this stuff??”
- Use a kitchen or egg timer and set it for 10 minute intervals. Read or study until the timer goes off. Stand up and stretch for two minutes and take deep breaths. Your goal is to keep your blood moving.
