During The Test…
- If you draw a blank, don’t panic and keep things in perspective
- Don’t look around to see what your classmates are doing
- Use the entire time allotted
- If you experience test anxiety, try relaxation techniques
“I just failed my first math test. What should I do?”
- Try to learn from your mistakes and ask yourself the following questions:
- What were your successes?
- What types of questions were a struggle?
- Where did most of the questions come from?
- Which of my preparation methods were least/most helpful?
- What specifically could I do to improve on the next test?
