Study Breaks

“Is it okay to take a study break?”
  • Absolutely! A break should be short, no more than 10 minutes. A good physical activity is best for the break. How to keep on track…use a kitchen timer for keeping track of time. When it goes off, it is time to go back to the books!
“What are some good study break activities?”
  • A quick walk, doing some indoor exercises like walking and light weights in place; pulling some weeds from your garden; housework.
