life getting to be a drain? Do you often feel tired,
frustrated, or upset over minor inconveniences? In this
workshop we will look at how stress affects you and some

Planning For Success
Do you have trouble getting from the point of knowing you have an assignment, to the finished product?
Whether it’s an assignment at school or a goal you need to accomplish outside of school, discover how
to break a big project into small manageable steps. Participants are encouraged to bring a project or

Setting Goals to Win
Learn creative and effective strategies for setting meaningful goals. The session will provide
participants with the opportunity to brainstorm and to create a visual masterpiece that identifies their goals.

Surviving Grief and Loss
Grief is a natural, normal response to loss, and although grieving the loss of someone or something is a normal reaction, at times grief can feel enormously painful, overwhelming, and exhausting. This workshop was created to assist those grieving in beginning to understand your grieving experience, and taking gradual steps to address your pain and loss.
