Do you have trouble organizing your ideas and developing them into a writing assignment? 

Counseling Services has concept mapping software called Inspiration, which you should make an appointment to try out! 

What is Inspiration? 

Inspiration software is designed to help people in organizing their thoughts and ideas 
in a variety of ways. As you use the program to type in ideas it automatically begins 
creating an outline for you. If you want to add in some notes about one of your ideas you can do so with the click of a button. Once you save your ideas as a file you can then use the one-click transfer feature to load your work into Microsoft Word.

To get the full experience of how this interactive software works we encourage you to make an appointment for an orientation to Inspiration. What is W.Y.N.N.? 

What You Need Now! This is a software product from Freedom Scientific, Inc. www.freedomscientific.com that Counseling Services provides to students that may be having difficulty with reading, spelling or for those that want to use its study tools, outlining and other features. Here are some advantages to using W.Y.N.N. software:

· Easy-to-use toolbars let you modify your reading to suit your preferences 
· Text to small and crowded in the book? Once you scan it W.Y.N.N. can allow you to enlarge it, change the spacing between the lines or even characters. 
· Having trouble following or tracking from one word to the next? You can expand or contract the spotlight feature to emphasize small or large amount of text and also change the background color if a white background doesn't work well for you. 
· Comprehend more information as you use W.Y.N.N. to read aloud the text. You can change the setting of the speech to suit yourself. Headphones are provided to you for privacy. 
· Improve your ability to pronounce and spell words, and much more!
